Terms and conditions

1. General

By booking or receiving any spa service at Coronet Ridge Day Spa (“the Spa”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Spa is for the relaxation and wellbeing of our guests. Please respect the quiet and calm atmosphere.

2. Bookings & Payment

3. Cancellation & Late Arrival

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time, but the full cost will still apply.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant prior to your treatment.
Pregnancy massage is only available after 12 weeks.
Our therapists may adjust or decline treatments if deemed unsafe for your health.

5. Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to allow time to relax and complete consultation forms.
Mobile phones should be on silent and conversations kept low.
Alcohol or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

6. Treatments & Packages

Services include massage (relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone) and facials (express, deluxe, luxury).
Packages and add-on treatments must be taken in a single visit and cannot be split or transferred.
Treatment inclusions may vary slightly depending on therapist availability and seasonal product changes.
Gift vouchers are available, valid for the period stated at purchase, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Liability

Personal belongings are your responsibility; the Spa accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.
The Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions if full health information is not disclosed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected (including health notes) is kept confidential and used only to provide safe, personalised treatments.
